My last project for my previous company (Softnyx Philippines, Inc.) involved streamlining the Customer Support process, which included creating a FAQ page from scratch.
I culled all of the most frequently asked questions we received through email, wrote and arranged the answers and categories, and posted the whole FAQ on Rakion’s Facebook fan page. The app page was written using Facebook Mark Up Language (FBML) on Adobe Dreamweaver.
